Mango Chia Pudding   Chia Mix Ingredients ¾ cup Coconut milk 3 tbsp chia seeds ½ vanilla 1 tbsp Maple syrup Combine ingredients and leave in the fridge to set for 1 hour   Topping Ingredients 1 mango, chopped and blended ½ cup cashew cream 1 cup Greek yoghurt   Divide the chia mixture into 4 bowls  Top with mango puree, then Greek yoghurt and then cashew cream.
