Unlike other toxic disinfectants, SafeSpray contains no Sodium Hypochlorite (Chlorine Bleach) or alcohol, using HOCl as the active ingredient. HOCl is one of the only agents that is both non-toxic to the delicate cells of our body while being lethal to almost all known dangerous bacteria and viruses that threaten our health. It has the strength of a toxic cleaner with none of the toxic side effects. 
 
The effectiveness of SafeSpray is based on the ability of HOCl (because of its electrochemical properties) to kill viruses and bacteria.  The properties act to breakdown and rupture bacterial cell walls or viral surface proteins rapidly without the need for harsh conventional chemicals.
