
- 2 avocados, roughly chopped
- 1 tub chunky cottage cheese
- 3 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1 teaspoon fresh chilli, chopped
- Combine ingredients well.
- Serve with seed crackers or carrot sticks
- ½ cup mayo, sour cream or Greek yoghurt
- Place in oven-proof serving dish.
- Bake at 180C for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve with crackers or veggie sticks
