You've tried the gym. You've tried intermittent fasting. You've tried cutting out wine, then carbs, then dairy. Your midsection has not moved in two years.

Belly fat that won't shift is rarely a willpower problem. It's an inflammation problem, a cortisol problem, an insulin-resistance problem, or all three — and it responds to a different kind of intervention than “eat less, move more”.

This is a structured six-week cohort designed exactly for that intervention. Small group (max 8 women), shared accountability, and a protocol refined in clinical practice.

What this programme is.

  • Anti-inflammatory whole-food protocol — gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, alcohol-free for six weeks. The reset that resets.
  • Three group Zoom calls — one hour each, normally Wednesday evenings, live with Christine and the cohort.
  • Daily WhatsApp support group — for the small wins, the questions, and the “is this OK?” moments.
  • Two one-on-one sessions — a full one-hour 1:1 at the start, and a 13-minute 1:1 at the end of the six weeks.
  • Your own individual plan — a personalised plan plus recipes, available on WhatsApp and email.

What we cover.

Across the six weeks we go into your changing body in real detail — understanding the transformation journey, and exactly how menopause is impacting your health. We work through each individual hormone, how it's affecting you and your belly, and the solution for each one. Specifically:

  • The six types of menopausal belly fat — which one is yours, and what to do about it.
  • Diet & nutrition — why nutrition matters now, inflammation, slow-releasing carbs, and cortisol.
  • Your hormone disruptors — the everyday triggers, and why detoxing matters.
  • Metabolism & blood sugar — mastering your metabolic hormones.
  • Protein, properly — an exact meal plan: how much, when, and why it's different from your younger years.
  • Sleep — the insulin–cortisol–sleep link, and why you wake when you do.
  • Movement & exercise — what's right for your body at this stage of life.
  • Bio-identical hormones — what they are and how they can help, if you need them.

Frequently asked.

Can I still drink wine?
Not during the six weeks. Alcohol is one of the most inflammatory inputs and we need it out completely for the reset to work. After week six you can reintroduce carefully.
What if I'm vegetarian / vegan?
Both work. The meal plan has full vegetarian and vegan options across all six weeks.
When does the next cohort start?
Cohorts run monthly. See the contact page for the next intake window.
What if I can't make a group call?
The group calls are normally on Wednesday evenings and are recorded, and the WhatsApp group runs daily, so you stay connected even if you miss one live.
