Do I need to do HRT to be in this programme?
No. Whether you're on HRT, considering it, or firmly against it, this programme adapts. The functional medicine layer (nutrition, sleep, strength, nervous system) runs the same regardless.
I'm only 41 and my periods are still regular. Am I too early?
Likely not. Perimenopause can begin 10 years before your last period. If your symptoms have started, the time to build the foundation is now.
Can I do this online if I'm not in Joburg?
Yes. All sessions are available on Zoom. Workshops and in-person check-ins are optional add-ons for clients in Gauteng.
How is this different from seeing a dietitian?
A dietitian focuses on food. We hold food + hormones + sleep + strength + nervous system as one connected system. The interventions amplify each other.
