Two of the most powerful, under-used recovery and longevity therapies available in South Africa — delivered at the Bryanston rooms in dedicated sessions or as part of a programme.
Specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light penetrate the skin and reach the mitochondria — the energy-producing units of every cell. The light stimulates ATP production, reduces inflammation, supports collagen synthesis, and accelerates recovery. Paired with hyper-vibration to deepen the effect.
Used clinically for: skin quality and collagen, hair regrowth, joint pain, post-exercise recovery, mood regulation, thyroid support, sleep improvement, wound healing, and (early evidence) cognitive performance.
You lie down (no standing), eyes covered, for a relaxed full-body session at the Bryanston rooms. No discomfort, no downtime, no preparation needed.
Includes a full-body assessment (visceral fat %, muscle and more) before and after the programme.
Medical ozone (O₃) is a powerful oxidative therapy used for decades in European and Mexican functional medicine practice. It improves cellular oxygen utilisation, modulates the immune system, supports detoxification pathways, and reduces chronic inflammation.
Used clinically for: chronic infections, autoimmune support, post-COVID recovery, fatigue, inflammation, gut dysbiosis, and as a complementary therapy alongside conventional cancer treatment.
Each session is 45 minutes — 30 of them in the Ozone Pod. You'll sweat (ozone is absorbed through the skin), with far-infrared warmth penetrating deep into joints and tissue. Afterwards you lie down for 20 minutes to let the ozone keep circulating. No discomfort, no downtime — just hydrate well before and after.
A few important do's and don'ts. Please don't book if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, are within 2–3 months of major surgery, or within 4 days of chemotherapy (check with your doctor first). Full prep guide:
Consult your doctor before trying any alternative therapy.
These therapies are not regulated as primary medical treatments in South Africa. They are offered as complementary therapies alongside — not in place of — appropriate medical care. The intake consult assesses whether a therapy is suitable for your situation, and we will refer you back to your medical doctor for any condition requiring primary medical treatment.
If you're new to either therapy, the easiest entry point is a 20-minute discovery call. We discuss what you're hoping to address, whether one or both therapies fit, and book your intake session accordingly.
If the work fits, we map the right entry point together.
