Health Yourself (“the Company”) provides the information contained on this website (“Website”) and advertises and sells the services to you (“the Customer”), subject to the terms and conditions set out herein (“the terms”).
The services.
Health Yourself offers free discovery calls, coaching programmes, workshops, monthly whole-food Reset Packs, and Red Light & Ozone therapies, as described on the Website.
Reset Pack orders & delivery.
Order by the 20th of the month for delivery on the first Sunday of the following month. Delivery is within Johannesburg's northern suburbs; collection from the Bryanston kitchen is also available. Each pack and its inclusions are described on the Reset Packs page.
Bookings & payment.
Programme, workshop, therapy and Reset Pack bookings are confirmed directly with Christine. Some programmes require a deposit to secure your place. Payment details are provided on booking.
Cancellations.
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us.
Health disclaimer.
Christine Phillips is an integrative nutrition and functional medicine health coach, not a medical doctor. Health Yourself does not diagnose disease, prescribe medication, or replace medical care, and works alongside your medical doctors. Ozone therapy is offered as a complementary therapy, not a primary medical treatment. Always consult your doctor for any condition requiring medical care.
