No Bake Cookies

Serves: 12Ingredients:10 Wheatsworth biscuits or cream crackers or digestive biscuits1 small handful raisins3 Tbsp smooth or crunchy peanut butter (you can use any nut butter you like)2 Tbsp honey2 Tbsp coconutMethod:Crush your biscuits until they are in small pieces.Mix the crushed biscuits with the raisins, peanut/nut butter and honey. No Bake Cookies

10 Wheatsworth biscuits or cream crackers or digestive biscuits

3 Tbsp smooth or crunchy peanut butter (you can use any nut butter you like)

Crush your biscuits until they are in small pieces.

Mix the crushed biscuits with the raisins, peanut/nut butter and honey.

Mix until all the ingredients are combined.

Roll the mixture into balls and then roll in the coconut.

Leave the balls in the fridge for 20-30 minutes until they have firmed up.

You can add chopped nut or chopped dried fruit
