
- 1 cup of pineapple or ½ cup of Pineapple and ½ cup of mango
- Few pieces of coconut (healthy fat)
Great add ins for this smoothie is Collagen powder or Maca powder
Blend it all together. This can be stored for a few days in your fridge.
- Handful of kale or spinach
- Little water / coconut water but not too much
- ½ avocado that gives it the creamy consistency
Blend everything together in your blender.
You can also add things like flaxseeds or sunflower seeds. You can make this in bulk and it can last for 3-4 days in your fridge.
