Mango Chia Pudding Chia Mix Ingredients • ¾ cup Coconut milk • 3 tbsp chia seeds • ½ vanilla • 1 tbsp Maple syrupCombine ingredients and leave in the fridge to set for 1 hour Topping Ingredients • 1 mango, chopped and blended • ½ cup cashew cream • 1 cup Greek yoghurt 1. Combine ingredients and leave in the fridge to set for 1 hour

  • 1 mango, chopped and blended
  • Divide the chia mixture into 4 bowls
  • Top with mango puree, then Greek yoghurt and then cashew cream.
  • Springle with a little coconut and top with berries or fresh mint.

Sprinkle with raw cacoa powder

Optional: 1 spoon of protein powder

  • 4 x dates, soaked and blended
  • Divide the chia mixture into 4 bowls.
  • Top with date puree, Greek yoghurt and cashew cream.
  • Dust with raw cacoa powder.
