What this pack does.

The Hormone Reset Pack is designed for your hormones, weight management and ultimate wellness. It is only available on certain dates and the menu changes seasonally to keep variety high and reflect what is freshest. A fasting option is also available.

Everything is all gluten and dairy free. Collect from Bryanston on a Sunday and start Monday to Friday morning.

Daily WhatsApp communication is included throughout the pack — full menu and motivation guide sent via WhatsApp at collection.

Hormone Reset — seasonal whole-food menu

Day 1

  • Breakfast — Ultimate Green Superfood Smoothie: apple, pineapple, spinach, kale, spirulina, green powder, cucumber, green tea and mint
  • Lunch — Salmon poke bowl
  • Dinner — Roasted butternut, carrot & parsnip soup
  • Snack — Stuffed dates with almond butter

Day 2

  • Breakfast — Gluten-free steel oats with baked apple & cinnamon
  • Lunch — Crunchy chicken & noodle bowl with sriracha cashew dressing
  • Dinner — Courgette, basil and cashew soup
  • Snack — Pistachio date ball

Day 3

  • Breakfast — Protein smoothie: mango, pineapple, baobab, vanilla, coconut & almond milk
  • Lunch — Mediterranean falafel bowl with avocado & basil dressing
  • Dinner — Cauliflower soup
  • Snack — Raw cacao mousse

Day 4

  • Breakfast — Blueberry, chia, flaxseeds, linseeds, pineapple, sunflower seeds, beetroot powder, coconut & almond milk
  • Lunch — Roasted vegetable quinoa bowl with tahini dressing, toasted cashews & seeds
  • Dinner — Black bean & lentil
  • Snack — Health bar

  • Breakfast — Blueberry parfait with vanilla chia

Yes — a fasting option is available. Mention this when you WhatsApp Christine and she will advise on the best approach for your body and goals.
Can I do this if I am on HRT?
Yes. The protocol works alongside HRT and supports hormone metabolism, which is helpful while on hormone therapy.
Is it gluten-free and dairy-free?
Yes — completely gluten and dairy free.
How often does the menu change?
Seasonally. Christine designs each run around what is freshest and most nourishing for that time of year.
