Ozone therapy

The 3-in-1 treatment delivers ozone therapy, infrared and sauna technologies, with their associated benefits.

Ozone therapy can provide a range of therapeutic benefits of improved blood circulation, detoxification, and enhanced immune function. By stimulating the body’s natural processes, detoxification is improved to purify your body and eliminate toxins through the skin.

Controlled exposure to ozone is a powerful tool for enhancing overall wellness and strengthening the immune system, and stimulates the production of white blood cells to fight infection and disease.


Increased oxygenation of the body can boost energy levels, improve mental clarity, and promote a general sense of well-being.

The combination of ozone and heat in the sauna opens pores, allowing for deep cleansing to promote a clearer complexion, while increased blood circulation results in a natural glow.

Infrared therapy supports detoxification, improved circulation, weight loss, skin purification, pain relief, immune system support and lowering of blood pressure.

Offering a sanctuary for relaxation and stress relief, the release of endorphins during a session can promote calm and relaxation.


  •  Anyone with any heart condition.

  •  Pregnant women (only resume Ozone Therapy sessions after you have stopped breastfeeding).

  •  Within 2-3 months of major surgery (Ozone is beneficial for healing and recovery, however it thins blood so can introduce risks of bleeding or blood clots loosening).

  • Do arrive on time for your session.

  • You will sweat, so hydrate well before and after a session.

  • Ozone is absorbed through the skin, so wear as little as possible.

  • Lie down for 20 minutes after each session to allow Ozone to circulate and continue eliminating toxins.

  • Support with supplements 1 hour or more after the session (Vitamins B (complex), C, E, A, Zinc, Selenium, N-Acetyl-Cysteine and Copper).

  • ​Schedule frequent sessions - 10 sessions are recommended to start with, and different protocols can help people requiring different health outcomes, for example:

Athletes - 5 sessions every other day 

Healthy individuals - 2-3 sessions per week for a month, thereafter 10 per month

Unhealthy individuals - 3-4 sessions per week for 2 months, thereafter10 sessions per month

Chronically ill individuals - 3-4 sessions per week for 3 months, thereafter 3 sessions per week.


  • Do not do Ozone Therapy if you have any heart condition.

  • Do not do Ozone Therapy within 2-3 months of major surgery.

  • Do not do Ozone Therapy if you are pregnant.

  • Do not do Ozone Therapy for 4 days after a chemotherapy session          (do consult with your Doctor before starting Ozone Therapy).

  • Do not take prescription medication for 4-6 hours before a therapy session.

  • Do not take Vitamin C for1-2 hours before or 4 hours after a session.

  • Do not drink alcohol less than 8 hours before or 4 hours after a session.

  • Do not walk directly on cold surfaces after a session.

  • Do not shower for at least 2 hours after a session                                 (in the unlikely event of a rash, a shower can reduce the effects).

  • Do not eat large meals after a session.
