Company / Family Challenges

This is a chance for employees to have fun while creating healthier habits. We create challenges based on the exact needs of the employees. Challenges can be as short as a week or as long as four weeks based on the reward system and interest level of everyone involved. This is great to create accountability as well as excitement around the topic of wellness.  We have family challenges which have worked well with the children being at home and brought the families together.
