Anti-Inflammatory Cruciferous salad


This salad is a fantastic salad to reduce inflammation and this reset your system.


Ingredients:


  • 1 head grated cauliflower

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa

  • 1 cup grated Courgettes

  • 1 cup grated cucumber

  • 1 cup grated broccoli

  • 3 spring onions finely chopped

That is the base of the salad but the point is to have a lot of cruciferous veggies in your salad. You can also add things like spring onions and seeds.


Salad sauce

  • 1 Avo

  • Handful of fresh basil

  • Handful of baby spinach

  • Handful of mint

  • 3 gloves garlic

  • Two fresh lemons squeezed

  • 50 ml of olive oil

  • 50 mi of water

  • Salt and peper


Blend everything together and pour into a glass bottle. When you serve your salad pour generously over your salad and use some seeds and pomegranate seeds to style your plate.
