Delicious Date Balls

For the Moms

  • 1 1/2 cups dates (soaked in warm water until softened)

  • 1/2 cup walnut nuts (soaked in warm water until softened)

  • 1/2 cup pecan nuts (soaked in warm water until softened)

  • 1 Tbsp super food of your choice

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz for about 30sec until the combined

If the mixture is too dry you can add a little coconut oil

Roll into balls and enjoy


You can roll the balls in coconut should you wish.


For the Kids

  • 1 1/2 cups dates (soaked in warm water until softened)

  • 1/4 cup oats

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds

  • 1/4 cup coconut

  • 1/4 cup cashew nut butter

  • 1 tbsp raw cacoa

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz for about 30sec until the combined

If the mixture is too dry you can add a little coconut oil

Roll into balls and enjoy
