AVOCADO, LIME & CORIANDER DIP
Ingredients:
2 avocados, roughly chopped
1 tub chunky cottage cheese
3 spring onions, finely sliced
2 fresh limes, squeezed
fresh Coriander, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh chilli, chopped
sea salt & black pepper
Method:
Combine ingredients well.
Place in a serving dish.
Serve with seed crackers or carrot sticks
ARTICHOKE & DILL DIP
Ingredients:
1 cup artichoke hearts
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tub cream cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
½ cup mayo, sour cream or Greek yoghurt
Fresh dill, chopped
Method:
Place in oven-proof serving dish.
Bake at 180C for 20-30 minutes.
Cool for 30 minutes.
Serve with crackers or veggie sticks
