Viral Chia Puddings


Mango Chia Pudding

 

Chia Mix Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Coconut milk

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ vanilla

  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup


Combine ingredients and leave in the fridge to set for 1 hour

 

Topping Ingredients

  • 1 mango, chopped and blended

  • ½ cup cashew cream

  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt

 

  1. Divide the chia mixture into 4 bowls 

  2. Top with mango puree, then Greek yoghurt and then cashew cream.

  3. Springle with a little coconut and top with berries or fresh mint.



Tiramisu Chia Pudding

 

Chia Mix Ingredients

¾ cup Coconut milk

1 shot espresso

½ vanilla essence

1 tbsp Maple syrup

Sprinkle with raw cacoa powder

Optional: 1 spoon of protein powder


Combine ingredients and leave in the fridge for 1 hour to set

 

Topping Ingredients

  • 4 x dates, soaked and blended

  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt

  • ½ cup cashew cream

 

  1. Divide the chia mixture into 4 bowls.

  2. Top with date puree, Greek yoghurt and cashew cream. 

  3. Dust with raw cacoa powder.
