Mango Chia Pudding
Chia Mix Ingredients
¾ cup Coconut milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
½ vanilla
1 tbsp Maple syrup
Combine ingredients and leave in the fridge to set for 1 hour
Topping Ingredients
1 mango, chopped and blended
½ cup cashew cream
1 cup Greek yoghurt
Divide the chia mixture into 4 bowls
Top with mango puree, then Greek yoghurt and then cashew cream.
Springle with a little coconut and top with berries or fresh mint.
Tiramisu Chia Pudding
Chia Mix Ingredients
¾ cup Coconut milk
1 shot espresso
½ vanilla essence
1 tbsp Maple syrup
Sprinkle with raw cacoa powder
Optional: 1 spoon of protein powder
Combine ingredients and leave in the fridge for 1 hour to set
Topping Ingredients
4 x dates, soaked and blended
1 cup Greek yoghurt
½ cup cashew cream
Divide the chia mixture into 4 bowls.
Top with date puree, Greek yoghurt and cashew cream.
Dust with raw cacoa powder.
