Chocolate Protein Shake


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk ( milk of your choice)

  • 1 scoop (30g) protein powder (I like Sally Ann Creed)

  • 1 teaspoon almond nut butter

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon flaxseeds

  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao

  • 1 teaspoon PB2 peanut butter powder

  • Dash of maple syrup or 2 dates for sweetness.

  • Some ice cubes or cold water to thin it down. 

 

Blend all the ingredients and enjoy.
