Chocolate Protein Shake

Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk ( milk of your choice)
1 scoop (30g) protein powder (I like Sally Ann Creed)
1 teaspoon almond nut butter
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon flaxseeds
1 tablespoon raw cacao
1 teaspoon PB2 peanut butter powder
Dash of maple syrup or 2 dates for sweetness.
Some ice cubes or cold water to thin it down.
Blend all the ingredients and enjoy.
