Health Yourself Detox Bowl

Serves 4


Health Yourself Detox bowl

  • 2 cups Red & white shredded cabbage

  • 1cup Bok choi, chopped

  • 1 Red onion thinly sliced

  • 1 punnet Sugar snap peas, halved on a bias

  • 1 cup Broccoli small florets

  • 1 cup Fresh mint, chopped

  • 1 cup Fresh coriander chopped

  • ½ cup Bean sprouts

  • 30ml Pumpkin and sunflower seeds


Dressing:

1 portion

  • 1 Tsp palm sugar

  • 3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar

  • 1 tsp fish sauce

  • 1 tsp fresh chili


Method:

Layer all ingredients and drizzle with the dressing. Can be kept in the fridge.
