Serves 4
Health Yourself Detox bowl
2 cups Red & white shredded cabbage
1cup Bok choi, chopped
1 Red onion thinly sliced
1 punnet Sugar snap peas, halved on a bias
1 cup Broccoli small florets
1 cup Fresh mint, chopped
1 cup Fresh coriander chopped
½ cup Bean sprouts
30ml Pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Dressing:
1 portion
1 Tsp palm sugar
3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp fresh chili
Method:
Layer all ingredients and drizzle with the dressing. Can be kept in the fridge.
