No Bake Cookies

Serves: 12


Ingredients:

10 Wheatsworth biscuits or cream crackers or digestive biscuits

1 small handful raisins

3 Tbsp smooth or crunchy peanut butter (you can use any nut butter you like)

2 Tbsp honey

2 Tbsp coconut



Method:

Crush your biscuits until they are in small pieces.

Mix the crushed biscuits with the raisins, peanut/nut butter and honey.

Mix until all the ingredients are combined.

Roll the mixture into balls and then roll in the coconut.

Leave the balls in the fridge for 20-30 minutes until they have firmed up.


Enjoy!


Note:

You can add chopped nut or chopped dried fruit
